NVT Construction Limited are very pleased to have been involved in some of the finest building projects in the area. Here are some of our favourites:

• A large four-bedroom house situated near Fontwell where we worked closely with the clients to give their house a more modern feel with a complete refurbishment and a large open kitchen. It was important though that some of the original features and fixtures were respected and maintained.

• A charming historic house situated close to Chichester city centre that had a new kitchen extension with full-length roof lights and large pivot doors making a beautiful, light space. We also built a new loft dormer giving superb views over the city.

• A beautiful town house in the centre of Chichester. We worked closely with the clients to create a contemporary family dream home. A new rear kitchen extension was built to add extra space and light plus a total refurbishment of the whole house, accentuating some original features but giving it a modern, cosy feel.

• A beautiful listed house in the centre of Chichester. We worked closely with the client to completely refurbish this large family home, building a new rear kitchen extension to add a huge extra space and bringing back original features while giving the house a modern feel. On entering, you really do experience the “Wow!” factor.

• A house on Bosham Creek that had been in the family for generations needed refurbishment due to water damage from storms. The work included installing sea defence gates, solar panels and totally upgrading insulation to the house. In doing all this, we achieved an Energy Performance of a Grade B from the original Grade E. The family now have a house that is a lot warmer and they can relax in the knowledge that safety measures are in place should there be more storms.

• The first Passivhaus (a rigorous, voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building, which reduces the building’s ecological footprint) that we have built, working with the clients who are an architect and M&E Engineer. It was challenging but we learnt a lot and enjoyed every moment of the process. The end result is a stunning award-winning family home that is contemporary and cosy at the same time.
